摘要
数控铣刀由刀柄及刀具组成,通过对刀柄与刀具损坏状态数据的跟踪记录与分析,结合UG NX有限元技术,建立刀柄与刀具的损坏状态模式。根据分析认为刀柄损坏概率服从泊松分布,刀具的磨损状态可用MATLAB辅助模糊系统设计的方法,用模糊C聚类算法进行评估。根据评估结果,可分别求出备用刀柄数及刀具更换的判据。
NC milling cutter is composed of handle and cutter, their damaged track record and state data was ana- lyzed. With the UG NX FEM Technology, the damaged state model of handle and cutter was established. The analysis in- dicate that the handle damage probability comply with Poisson distribution, the cutter wear state can be assessed with fuzzy C - means clustering in MATLAB method. According to the evaluation results, the spare handle number can be calculated and the criterion of cutter replacement can be indicated.
