摘要
要实现轴承长寿命运转,需要合理的选用轴承配置及配合关系。JS315Ⅰ型减速机集中性出现高速轴轴承损坏。通过轴承寿命校核,轴承游隙计算等找出问题,提出改进方案。
Reasonable selection of bearing configuration and the cooperation relationship are needed to realize the bearing long life operation, JS315 I type reducer concentrated in high speed shaft bearing damage nearly. Through the bearing life check, bearing clearance calculation finally find out the problem, and offer improvement plan.
