介绍新结构的通风孔冲模,在冲制通风孔的同时压制出一个倒角,使得冲裁产生的毛刺消失,提高了加工效率和线圈质量。

The piercing die of vent hole with new structure is introduced. A chamfer is made while the vent hole is punched, in order to remove the burrs. The machining efficiency and the coil quality are enhanced.
