摘要 针对汽车空调压缩机活塞圆度评定计算复杂度大的问题,本文提出将凸壳算法应用到汽车空气压缩机活塞圆度评定中,删除与圆度评定无关点,然后用穷举法计算圆度误差,采用VB语言编写凸壳算法删点和圆度误差评定程序。经试验验证该方法可以保证评定精度、提高评定效率,为汽车空调压缩机圆度检测误差评定提供一种新的选择。 The problem of large computational complexity for evaluating vehicles air - conditioning compressor piston Roundness error, this paper Proposed a method that applied the Convex Hull Algorithm to evaluation of vehicle air - com- pressor piston roundness error, deleting unassociated points for roundness, then use exhaustive method to calculate round- hess error, compile program of Convex Hull Algorithm deletion point and roundness error evaluation using VB language. After verification by experiment, the method can be assessed to ensure accuracy and improve efficiency evaluation of round- hess error, provided a new choice for vehicles air- conditioning compressor piston roundness error evaluating.
