纬编添纱结构织疵分析与线圈力平衡研究

An analysis on the Defects of Plated Structure and Study of Forces on the Loop

阐述添纱结构在成圈过程中线圈张力与织疵的关系。通过对单面丝盖棉、提花添纱、氨纶添纱等结构的剖析,研究分析添纱结构的线圈受力情况及力平衡的控制方法,给出详细的编织工艺要点;同时列举了几种利用添纱来开发新型面料的思路和实施方法,如添纱抗静电织物、地纱无浮线提花织物。针对添纱结构的原料差异及特殊的编织工艺要求所造成的力平衡失控等问题,指出可以通过合理选择原料、调整给纱张力、改变线圈长度及调整面料结构等方法来加以控制。

This paper introduces the relationship between the loop tension and defects during the loop forming process of plated structures. According to structural analysis of polyester covered cotton structure, jacquard plating and spandex plating, it studies the forces exerted on the loops of plating yarn, analyzes the control methods of e-quilibrium of forces, and presents methods of developing new fabrics. In addition, in view of the difficult control of force equilibrium due to the fineness difference and special knitting technologies, this paper presents some solving methods including reasonable selection of raw materials, adjustment of tension, appropriate changes of loop length and adjustment of fabric structures, and also summarizes the key points in the knitting process.
