摘要 采用PorelR纤维与黏胶混纺,配以不同的氨纶丝与牵伸倍率,纺制3种PorelR吸湿发热氨纶包芯纱。通过设计不同的织造工艺,与PorelR吸湿发热赛络紧密纺纱线进行交织,开发了两款吸湿发热连裤袜和一款吸湿发热无缝内衣,并对产品主要性能,如吸湿发热性及抗起毛起球性能进行检测。结果表明:采用PorelR吸湿发热包芯纱取代锦包氨纱线,开发贴身穿着的无缝针织物具有吸湿发热、透湿透气、产品轻薄等特点,适合开发女式秋冬季贴身穿着轻薄保暖无缝针织产品。 The paper develops three kinds of porel R moisture absorption and heat-generating core-spun yarns by using porel R/viscose blended yarns with different spandex filament and drafting ratio. In addition, it produces two kinds of pantyhoses and a kind of seamless underwear with moisture absorption and heat-generating function by us-ing the three kinds of core-spun yarns interknitted with porel R siro-compact spun yarn through different knitting technologies. Meanwhile, the major properties of the fabrics are tested, including the moisture absorption and heat-generating properties and anti pilling properties. The results show that the seamless knitted fabrics made in this pa-per present good moisture absorption and heat-generating properties, moisture-permeability and air- permeability properties, light and thin and so on, which are suitable for developing next-to-skin lightweight seamless knitted products in autumn and winter.
