摘要 采用钢号为316L的不锈钢丝纺制纯不锈钢纤维与纱线。测试分析不锈钢纤维及纱线同常规纺织纤维与纱线(棉、黏胶、涤纶)的拉伸性能,并研究纯不锈钢纤维及纱线的拉伸强度及拉伸伸长对圆纬机编织过程的影响。结果表明,不锈钢纤维及纱线的拉伸断裂强度远远大于常规纤维与纱线,而拉伸断裂伸长率恰恰相反,这是造成纯不锈钢纤维针织过程困难的主要原因之一;在不锈钢纤维的编织过程中,纱线强力指标可以满足编织要求,但是其延伸性不足,需要借助特殊工艺设计才能完成正常编织。 The paper tests and compares the tensile properties of stainless-steel fibers and yarns made from steel 316L as well as traditional textile fibers and yarns, such as cotton, viscose and polyester, and studies the ef-fects of tensile strength and tensile elongation on the weft knitting process. The results show that the tensile break strength of stainless-steel fibers and yarns is far greater than common textile fibers and yarns, while on the con-trary, the tensile breaking elongation ratio is much less, which is one of the main causes accounting for the diffi-cult knitting process of stainless-steel yarn difficult; the yarn strength indexes of stainless-steel fiber can meet the knitting technology request, but special technology design is also needed for the smooth knitting process because of the low extensibility.
