针织物平幅连续生产技术土耳其考察纪实

Investigation of Open Width Continuous Production Technology of Knitted Fabric in Turkey

为了解针织物平幅连续前处理和冷轧堆染色机生产线,中国针织工业协会现代针织染整技术考察团赴土耳其考察。文中详细介绍了对6家公司进行考察的情况,包括各公司的基本生产情况、设备情况、生产线以及工艺流程,总结了考察体会。并得出,对于薄型针织物无论从产品质量还是节能减排来看,采用平幅连续生产线的工艺路线均是最佳路线,冷轧堆技术已相当成熟,多功能连续前处理是一种趋势。

In order to understand the production line of continuous knitting pretreatment and cold pad-batch dyeing machine, modern knitting dyeing and finishing technology survey delegation of China knitting industry asso-ciation came to Turkey. This paper introduces in detaill the situation of six companies, including the situation of production and equipments, and production lines and technological processes. In addition, this paper summarizes the whole survey. It is concluded that in order to achieve good product’s quality and realize energy conservation and emission reduction, the process line of open width continuous production technology is always a best option for light and thin knitted fabric; and cold pad-batch technology is quite mature; and multifunctional continuous pre-treatment production line is a trend.
