我国基本公共体育服务均等化评价指标体系构建研究

The Establishment of Target System for Equalization of Basic Public Sports Service

在明确基本公共体育服务均等化概念和内涵的基础之上,运用特尔菲法、层次分析法构建基本公共体育服务均等化评价指标体系。构建的基本公共体育服务均等化评价指标体系包括投入、产出、效果三个一级指标,筹资水平、人力资源、场地设施、管理组织、健身信息、日常体育、体质测试、活动赛事、体质状况、体育人口、主观态度11个二级指标和31个三级指标,并分别确定了各项指标的权重。

Based on the concept and intension of equalization of basic public sports service,with the methods ofDelphi and analytic hierarchy process,the target system for equalization of basic public sports service were estab-lished. The basic public sports service equalization evaluation index system including three first class index-inputs,outputs and effects;12 second class index-financing,human resource,facility,management and organization,healthinformation,daily physical exercise,fitness testing,physical activity and event,physical condition,physical popula-tion,subjective attitude and 31 third class index,as well as the weights of each index were calculated.
