摘要 试验旨在研究γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质的影响。选取300日龄海兰褐蛋鸡384只,随机分为2个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复64只:对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组添加0.I%的γ-氨基丁酸,试验期42d。结果表明:①饲粮中添加0.1%GABA可以在5-6周时显著提高蛋鸡的日采食量(P〈0.05),在试验全期均显著降低了料蛋比(P〈0.05)。②添加0.1%的GABA可以显著提高蛋重、蛋壳重,显著降低蛋形指数、蛋黄重(P〈0.05),显著增加血清中ALB的含量(P〈0.05)。由此可知,在蛋鸡饲粮中添加γ-氨基丁酸使蛋鸡产蛋性能和鸡蛋品质均有所提高。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of γ- Aminobutyric acid dietary on production peformance and egg quality of laying hens. Three hundred and eighty four 300- day- oht hyline hrown laying hens were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates per group and 64 laying hens per replicate. The diet of the control group was fed a basal corn-soybean di- et, the experiment groups were fed the basal diet with 0.1% γ- Aminobutyric acid. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:0.1% γ- Aminobutyric acid supplementation can significantly increase daily feed intake at 5-6 weeks and during the whole experimental it can signifi-cantly decrease the ratio of feed to egg weight(P〈0.05). The supplementation of 0.1% γ- Aminobu- lyric acid in the diet significantly increased average egg weight and eggshell weight, and significantly decreased egg shape index and average yolk weight. It also significantly increased the content of se- rum ALB(P〈0.05). In conclusion, the supplementation of 0.1% γ- Aminobutyric acid can improve the egg quality and the production pcrformance.
