葡萄糖氧化酶对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响 被引量:26

摘要 试验旨在评价葡萄糖氧化酶对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验选用480头(平均体重为7.54 g)21日龄健康断奶仔猪,按体重完全随机区组分为3个处理组,每个处理组4个重复,每个重复40头仔猪。对照组饲喂保育阶段正常饲粮,试验组在对照组的基础上分别添加100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg的葡萄糖氧化酶,试验期间仔猪自由采食和饮水,试验期42 d。结果表明,添加100 mg/kg葡萄糖氧化酶对保育猪的生长性能有影响,但未出现显著性差异(P>0.05);添加200 mg/kg葡萄糖氧化酶组仔猪的平均末重及平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但与100 mg/kg葡萄糖氧化酶组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);平均日采食量及料重比各处理组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);添加200 mg/kg的葡萄糖氧化酶组仔猪腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05),且经济效益最佳。由此得出,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加200 mg/kg的葡萄糖氧化酶可显著提高断奶仔猪的生长性能以及养殖经济效益。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of glucoseoxidase(GOD) on growth perfor-mance of nursery pigs. 480 PIC pigs, weighing an average of 7.54 kg, were randomly assigned to three dietary, treatments with four replicates and forty pigs with each pen. Control treatment was fed basal diet. Treatments 1 and 2 were fed the basic diet with either of 100 or 200 mg/kg GOD. The results showed that the average daily gain of treatment 2 was significantly higher than those of control treatment (P〈 0.05), the diarrhea rate was lower in treatment 2 than other treatments(P〈0.05), but no significant dif- ferences were found between treatment 1 and treatment 2(P〉0.05). Average daily feed intake and feed/ gain were not significantly different among all treatments (P〉0.05). The results indicated that the aver- age daily gain of piglets and economic efficiency could be significantly improved by supplementing 200 mg/kg GOD in diet.
