摘要 文章综述了热应激对猪的生产和代谢的影响,以及热应激对猪肠道健康的影响。并从饲养管理和营养措施两方面阐述了应对热应激的措施。其中营养措施包括:锌、乳制品、谷氨酰胺、抗氧化剂、地塞米松、甜菜碱的使用。 This paper reviews the effects of heat stress on production and metabolism of swine, and the influence on inlestinal heahh. And then it makes a summarization on the approaches to deal with heat stress from management strategies and nutritional strategies two aspects. The nutritional strategies in-clude zinc. dietary dairy products, glutamine, antioxidants, dexamethasone and betaine.
