摘要
目的:通过数值研究描述葡萄糖与胰岛素相互作用的改进的最小模型的合理性。方法:基于文献报告的6组生理学实验数据,利用改进的最小模型(SMMM)进行参数估计,按照参数变异性、参数合理性、拟合误差和拟合优度等4个评判指标,采用对比方法研究该模型与Bergman最小模型(MM)的差异。结果:模型SMMM的计算结果与Bergman最小模型的计算结果一致性较好。模型SMMM拟合误差比Bergman最小模型的拟合误差小的有4组(最大值为0.185 8),大的有2组(最小值为0.000 02)。结论:模型SMMM是一个较好的可利用多样本静脉葡萄糖耐量试验(IVGTT)数据评估胰岛素敏感性和葡萄糖利用效能的数学模型。
Objective To investigate the plausibility of modified minimal model used in the glucose-insulin system by numerical simulation.Methods According to six groups of physiological data,certain parameters were estimated by modified minimal model,and in terms of four indexes including possibility of obtaining parameter estimates,plausibility of parameters,statistical characteristics of error and goodness-of-fit,and the modified model was contrasted with Bergman's minimal model.Results Model SMMM had similar results with Bergman's minimal model (MM).The statistical characteristics of error of model SMMM were smaller than those of Bergman's minimal model for four groups with the largest difference of 0.185 8 while larger than those of Bergman's minimal model for two groups with the largest difference of 0.000 02.Conclusion Model-SMMM is robust to evaluate insulin sensitivity index and glucose effectiveness.
