摘要 目的:设计一个基于物联网技术的医疗设备运行状态监测系统。方法:利用医院局域网络将分散、独立的医疗设备物联对象进行联网,并将各个传感器采集到的监控数据传送到数据指令服务器,在指令服务器中对传感数据进行记录、分析和处理,以发现医疗设备明显或潜在的运行异常,并对不同的异常状况做出不同的应对策略。结果:该系统集主动巡检、实时监测、及时报警和迅速响应为一体,同时记录所有故障和维修信息,并可在建立的医疗设备运行状态库和信息反馈系统的基础上,为设备故障诊断提供有价值的参考信息。结论:基于物联网技术的医疗设备运行状态监测系统的建立,实现了医疗设备运行状态的自动化和信息化管理,提升了医学工程部门的技术保障能力,提高了设备运行管理的精益化水平。 Objective To design a medical equipment running status monitoring system based on internet of things (IOT).Methods Pieces of dispersed and independent medical equipment were connected with hospital intranet,and the monitoring data obtained by each sensor were transmitted to the command data server,and then recorded,analyzed and processed in the command server.Different measures could be generated against obvious and potential medical equipment failures.Results The system had the functions of active inspection,real-time monitoring,timely alarming and rapid response,with all the information on failures and maintenance recorded.The running condition monitoring system and information feedback system could provide references for medical equipment failure diagnosis.Results Conclusion The IOT-based monitoring system realizes automatic and informatized management of medical equipment running condition,and thus the technical support ability of medical engineering department is enhanced greatly.
