Development of Portable Emergency Operation Kit for Craniocerebral Injury

目的:研制便携式颅脑损伤控制急救手术包,以利于随时随地便捷实施损伤控制神经外科手术。方法:运用颅脑损伤损伤控制急救手术包中的微型开颅钻、颅锥、无菌手术包、引流管、弹力帽等手术物品,现场实施颅骨钻孔血肿引流术或者颅骨锥孔血肿引流术进行简单性手术急救。结果:使用颅脑损伤控制急救手术包能最短时间内实施现场救治,简化了操作步骤,提高了救治率。结论:该颅脑损伤控制急救手术包结构设计科学,能够满足现场实施损伤控制手术操作的需要,值得推广。

Objective To develop a portable kit for emergency neurosurgical damage control operation.Methods The instruments in the kit were used to perform hematoma drainage by skull drilling or boring,and the instruments included micro trephine,cranial gimlet,sterile operation kit,drainage tube,reticular elastic cap and etc.Results The emergency operation kit simplified the procedures and enhanced the efficiency.Conclusion The emergency kit has a scientific structure,and is worth popularizing practically.
