摘要 采用K-B法检测40株鹤源大肠杆菌对17种抗菌药物的耐药性。根据耐药表型和超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的基因型流行情况,指导临床合理用药。结果表明:15株大肠杆菌为产ESBLs株。扩增出了与预期片段大小相符的TEM型、SHV型、CTX-M型、OXA型基因。产酶大肠杆菌耐药性明显比非产酶大肠杆菌严重。 In order to detect the genotype of extend spectrum β-lactamase in pathogenic Enterobacte riaceaes with the purpose to guide the rational use of drugs, ESBLs gene type were studied with amplified, sequenced and analyzed by PCR. Fifteen extended spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) positive Escherichia coli strains isolated from Red-crowned crane were analyzed for antibiotic resistance. Four different genotypes (TEM, CTX-M, SHV and OXA positive) were detected among these ESBL positive isolates by PCR. The results showed that the multi-resistance rate among ESBL positive strains was higher than that of the ESBL negative strains.
