一种皮肤固定式可调脑内血肿定向引流管的设计及应用

Design of Adjustable Skin-fixed Intracerebral Hematoma Directed Drainage Tube

目的:设计一种皮肤固定式可调脑内血肿定向引流管并用于临床。方法:所设计的引流管前端为单引流孔,引流孔开口方向由引流管长度刻度标志线标示,用皮肤固定器将引流管固定于皮肤,保证引流管开口指向特定引流方向,根据术后引流方向需求,可利用方向控制夹调整引流孔方向。结果:引流管可定向引流脑内血肿,并可在术后根据血肿引流情况,通过皮肤固定装置,调整引流管管内口方向,实现血肿充分引流。结论:该引流管具有定向引流、引流充分、固定牢固、方便可调等特点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To design a kind of adjustable skin-fixed intracerebral hematoma directed drainage tube.Methods There was a single hole at the front end of the tube,with an opening direction indicated by a length scale marking line.The drainage tube could be firmly fixed on the skin by a skin holder,which made the drainage hole open to desired direction.Results The tube could drain intracerebral hematoma directionally and achieve adequate drainage of postoperative hematoma with adjustable skin-fixed equipment.Conclusion The directional drainage tube can drain hematoma thoroughly,and can be firmly fixed on skin and easily adjusted,and thus is worthy of clinical application.
