摘要
加快发展开放型经济是当前安徽省一项重大而紧迫的战略任务。文章分析安徽省开放型经济发展指标及发展开放型经济面临的制约因素,并在实践上提出加快开放型经济发展的对策:强化开放态势,培育竞争主体,促进转型升级,提升人才引领,发挥要素优势,突出环境建设。
To speed up the development of open economy in Anhui province is an important and urgent strategic task. This paper analyses the constraints facing Anhui open economy development index and the development of open economy,and puts forward the countermeasures to speed up economic development in practice： to strengthen the opening situation,cultivate competitive main body,promote the transformation and upgrading,promote talent to lead,play advantages of elements,and highlight environmental construction.
