PI3K/Akt信号通路与自闭症(孤独症)的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B,PI3K/Akt)信号通路广泛存在于各种神经细胞中,是膜受体信号向细胞内转导的重要途径,具有调节细胞增殖、分化、代谢、抗细胞凋亡等细胞生物学作用。PI3K/Akt信号通路在自闭症中的作用逐渐引起学者重视,目前多用于探讨发病机制、寻找诊断标记和研发治疗药物的研究。因此,本文通过综述PI3K/Akt信号通路及其在自闭症的作用等方面的研究进展,期待PI3K/Akt可以成为防治自闭症的新靶点。
