摘要 针对工程领域容器变位影响计量精度的问题,建立了两端椭球冠中间椭圆柱型容器的变位识别和容量表标定模型.首先,推导出容器内液体水平截面面积公式和容器内液体体积与探针刻度的函数关系;其次,建立模型,利用资料数据检验模型,分析误差变化规律并修正模型;最后,运用最小二乘法估计出罐体倾斜角度和偏转角度,得到两端球冠中间圆柱型容器的变位识别与容量表标定模型. In engineering areas,the measurement accuracy is often affected by the deformed position of a container,so we establish the model of deformed identification of container's position and the calibration of capacity table in which the middle is cylindroid and two ends are ellipsoid.Firstly,we deduce an area formula of the level section of the liquid in the container,and the function relationship between the container's liquid volume and the probe.Secondly,we test the established model through the data and analyze the deviation change to revise the model.Finally,by utilizing the least square method,we estimate the tilt angle and the deflexion angle of the container,which is cylindroid in the middle and spherical in the two ends,and we obtain the deformed identification model of the container's position and the calibration of capacity table.
