摘要
漏失在裂缝性地层钻井过程中是最易发生也是最严重的事故之一,原因主要是多种因素导致井筒内压力增加,造成天然裂缝宽度增加引发井漏。漏失发生后需要对裂缝进行精确预测,据此选配合理堵漏材料进行堵漏。本文通过建立漏失过程中数学物理模型,模拟单一裂缝工作液漏失过程,并结合Poiseuille公式推导出漏失体积、时间与裂缝宽度的关系,据此结合现场漏失情况精确预测裂缝宽度,指导堵漏工作顺利进行,降低矿山建设成本。
The leakage in the process of drilling is the most prone to occur and is also one of the most serious accidents in fractured formation. The main reason is wellbore pressure increases caused by many kinds of factors which lead to natural crack width increasing and then the well leakage occurs. When the leakage occurred ,accurate prediction is necessary which is the evidence to choose proper material to plug. Through building the mathematical and physical model of leakage process, single crack working fluid loss process is simulated and in combination with the poiseuille formula to derive leakage losing volume, time and crack width. Basis on these data, and according to the leakage situation on site we can predict the crack width accurately and guide the leakage plugging successfully. In that case, the construction cost of the mine is reduced.
