天然彩色茧家蚕品种“蜀黄1号”的选育

Breeding of Silkworm Variety “Shuhuang No.1” with Natural Colorized Cocoon

采用杂交育种和系统选择方法,育成国内首对天然彩色茧限性家蚕品种"蜀黄1号"。该品种幼虫具有斑纹限性特征,茧色金黄,内外茧层颜色一致。实验室和农村生产鉴定结果表明:该品种抗逆力强,强健好养,发育整齐;万蚕产茧量20.30 kg,粒茧丝长1115.0 m,解舒丝长882.95 m,解舒率79.15%,鲜茧出丝率18.39%,洁净91.25分,适合在四川、重庆等长江流域蚕区饲养。

“Shuhuang No .1”, a new sex-limited silkworm （ Bombyx mori） variety with natural colorized cocoon , was bred firstly in China by using the methods of cross breeding and pedigree separation .The larva of this variety has sex -limited stripe, and the cocoon is golden-yellow both inner and outer cocoon shell .The results of variety comparison tests in laboratory and countryside in Sichuan indicated that “Shuhuang No .1” had the characteristics of strong resistance , strong and healthy body quality , and devel-opmental uniformity.The cocoon yield was 20.30 kg per 10000 silkworm larvae, cocoon filament length was 1115.0 m, non-bro-ken filament length was 882.95 m, unwinding rate was 79.15%, fresh cocoon raw silk rate was 18.39%, and score of neatness was 91.25.This variety is suitable to be reared in some areas of the Yangtze valley , such as Sichuan, Chongqing and so on.
