A Judicial Expertise Case Analysis of Phytotoxicity of A Seed-coating Agent to Rice

通过鉴定资料审查、实验室检验和田间试验,明确了含有农药的种衣剂"鸟不食"极显著地降低水稻种子发芽率、出苗率、秧苗高度和鲜重的效应,认定农民使用"鸟不食"与重新播种经济损失间具有因果关系。我所出具的司法鉴定意见为法院公正判决此案提供了司法证明和法定证据。

Through the identification data examination , laboratory test and field test , we explicated that the seed -coating a-gent “birds do not eat” containing several pesticides could significantly reduce the seed germination rate , emergence rate , seedling plant height and fresh weight of rice , and firmly believed that there was a causal relationship between the application of “birds do not eat” by farmer and farmer’s economic loss due to re-sowing.The judicial expertise opinions provided by us offered judicial proof and legal evidence for court＆#39;s reasonable judgment on this case .
