近年来,从公安边防部队辖区的现状和社会发展的趋势来看,在媒体高速发展的今天,特别是伴随着网络媒体的迅速崛起,公安边防部队已经处在了一个高度媒介化和舆论监督越来越受重视,以及公众知情权和参与意识空前提高的环境当中。面对突发事件,搞封锁消息、回避媒体、隐瞒真相或者以对抗的方式逃避舆论监督注定是行不通的。只有及时、有效、合理的进行舆论引导,重视网络舆论,积极地接受舆论监督,才能有效地化解危机,真正维护和树立好边防部队的形象。

In view of the rapid development of society and media,the frontier forces is entering a stage where more and more importance is attached to media and supervision. As public participation and supervision have been increasing at a higher speed than ever before,it does not make sense to block message,avoid the media,conceal the truth or to try to escape the supervision from the public. Only by adapting to public concerns can we dissolve the current crisis and establish and maintain a good image of the frontier forces.
