摘要 S890和S960级别超高强度钢在国内已广泛应用,主要使用GMAW方法进行焊接。由于此类级别超高强度钢具有极高的强度和碳当量,不利于焊接,不易确定焊接工艺范围。介绍了钢板性能及配套焊丝的选择,通过对t8/5冷却时间的计算和试验,确定出合适的GMAW焊接参数范围,为实际产品焊接提供参考。 A lot of S890 & S960 grade extra - strength steel has been applied in China with GMAW welding process. Due to extra - strength and higher carbon equivalent, so how to confirm suitable range of parameter is a problem for difficult welding. After introduce mechanical properties of the steel and choice of matching filler metal, confirm suitable welding parameter range according to calculate and measure t8/5 cooling time for reference of actual welding.
