摘要
采用数值模拟方法,通过建立中厚板T形接头有限元模型,研究了七种焊接顺序对焊接变形和残余应力的影响。基于模拟分析结果可知,对于中厚板T形接头,不同焊接方案产生的变形均较小,焊接顺序对焊接变形的影响较小,但合理的焊接顺序可以有效减小残余应力峰值。焊件的残余应力既与热输入的时间有关,又与热输入的值相关,这为实际焊接提供了参考。
Established the finite model of the T -joint of mid - thickness plate, influence of seven welding sequences on deformation and residual stress was investigated by numerical simulation method. The simulation results show that different welding eases can cause small deformation and have little effect on it, but the proper welding sequence can reduee residual stress effectively. Both the time and value of the heat input have effect on the residual stress. This can provide a useful theoretical guidance in actual welding.
