摘要
目前,国内工程机械制造业大量采用高强、超高强度钢焊接结构件,虽然母材强度级别很高,但焊缝及近缝区的强韧性相对不足。焊接接头成为承载构件的薄弱区,存在一定的使用风险。针对工程机械制造中高强钢焊接结构的潜在风险进行了分析,从结构设计、材料选用、焊接匹配、工艺规范等方面展开了讨论,给出了一些规避和降低高强钢焊接构件潜在风险的建议。
At present, domestic construction machinery widespread use of industry high - strength/uhra - high - strength steel welded structures. Although the strength of the base material is in a high level, but it's relative lack of strength and toughness in the weld and heat affected zone. So the joints become the weak areas in the structures, which have certain using risks. In this paper, the potential risks of high - strength steel welded structures in construction machinery products have been analyzed. We discussed several aspects such as structural design, material selection, welding match, process specifications, and so on. Finally, we provided some recommen- dations of avoiding and reducing potential risks in high - strength steel welded components.
