摘要
随着双金属复合管在油气田地面建设中的推广应用,双金属复合管焊接技术的研究也十分重要。现有应用复合管大部分为机械式双金属复合管,其基层和覆层之间存在一定间隙,特别是大口径双金属复合管曲率小,胀紧力相对小,管口封焊位置有较大的应力集中,容易产生裂纹。研究双金属复合管端部处理焊接技术,从根本上解决了这一难题,保证双金属复合管焊接质量和现场安装效率。
With the popularization and application of double metal composite pipe in the ground construction of oil and gas fields, research of double metal composite pipe welding technology is very important, the application of composite pipes is mainly mechanical double metal composite pipe which has a clearance between the base layer and the cladding layer, especially the small curvature of large diameter double metal composite pipe, the small distending force, pipe sealing position with larger stress concentration. So, it is liable to have cracking, therefore, study the welding technology of double metal composite pipe end, get to the root of this problem, ensure that the double metal composite pipe welding quality and field installation efficiency.
