贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect analysis of benazepril combined amlodipine for treatment of primary hypertension

目的探讨贝那普利与氨氯地平联合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月—2013年6月94例高血压患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同将其中联合应用贝那普利、氨氯地平的47例标记为研究组,另47例单独应用氨氯地平标记为对照组。结果研究组血压下降更为明显,治疗后显效率55.3%、总有效率93.6%皆高于对照组的40.4%、76.6%,两组总有效率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合氨氯地平能协同降压,起到良好的降压效果,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of benazepril combined amlodipine for treatment of primary hypertension. Method Data of 94 patients with primary hypertension were retrospectively analyzed and according to different kinds of treatment methods they were divided into study group 47 cases treated with benazepril combined amlodipine and control group 47 cases treated with amlodipine. Result Blood pressure of study group dropped more obviously. Effective rate and total effective rate of study group after treatment were respectively 55.3% and 93.6% which were both higher than control group 40.4% and 76. 6% （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Benazepril and amlodipine can coordinate with each other in reducing blood pressure and gain good effect, so it is worth of being popularized.
