急性脑梗死患者血清cTnT、D-二聚体、hs-CRP的变化及临床意义

Clinical significance of plasma levels of cTnT, D-Dimer, hsCRP measurements in patients with acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清cTnT、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)和hs-CRP的检测和意义。方法测定84例急性脑梗死患者及60例健康对照组血清cTnT、D-二聚体和hs-CRP的水平,并进行统计学分析。结果急性脑梗死患者血清cTnT、D-二聚体和hs-CRP检测水平分别为(1.32±0.89)μg/L、(2.96±1.02)mg/L、(10.48±2.11)mg/L,明显高于健康对照组(均P<0.05)。研究组血清cTnT、D-二聚体和hs-CRP检测值随病情严重程度升高。血清cTnT检测水平与D-二聚体、hs-CRP均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论血清cTnT、D-二聚体和hs-CRP的联合检测有助于急性脑梗死患者的诊断与疗效观察。

【Objective】To study the clinical significance of plasma levels of cTnT, D-Dimer, hs-CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction. 【Methods】The plasma levels of cTnT, D-Dimer, hs-CRP of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 healthy people（control group） were tested.【Results】The levels of cTnT, D-Dimer, hs-CRP in study group were（1.32±0.89）μg/L,（2.96±1.02）mg/L,（10.48±2.11）mg/L respectively, and obviously higher than that in control group（0.02±0.01） μg/L,（0.38±0.25）mg/L,（2.12±0.80）mg/L respectively（both P ＆lt;0.05）. Detection value were increased with the severity of disease. cTnT was positively correlated with D-Dimer and hs-CRP level in study group（r =0.612, 0.293, P ＆lt;0.05）.【Conclusion】The combined detection of cTnT, D-Dimer, hs-CRP contribute to the diagnosis and curative for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
