应用股骨近端锁定钉板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨应用股骨近端锁定钉板内固定治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法应用股骨近端解剖型锁定钉板内固定手术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折56例。根据Harris髋关节功能评分进行疗效评价。结果手术时间平均(67.5±18.2)min,术中出血量平均(82.0±24.8)mL,术后发生DVT3例,1例术后13个月死亡。全部病例获骨性愈合,优良率94.6%。结论应用股骨近端解剖型锁定钉板内固定方法手术治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,手术操作简单,能以內支架力学方式为骨折的固定提供有效的稳定性,获得良好的临床疗效。尤其适用于有重度骨质疏松的高龄患者。 【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical effect of proximal femur locking plate in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly patients. 【Methods】56 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with proximal femur locking plate. The therapeutic effect of patients were evaluated by Harris hip function evaluation criteria.【Results】The operation lasted for mean(67.5±18.2) min, with intra-operation blood loss of average(82.0± 24.8) mL, there occurred DVT in 3 cases, 1 case died at 13 month after operation. All cases got fracture healing and the excellent and good rate of the function was 94.6% by Harris hip function evaluation criteria.【Conclusion】Proximal femur locking plate was easy to manipulate in operation and can offers effective fixation in internal stent mechanical waysfor the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly patients, especially for the patients with severe osteoporosis.
