可吸收止血微球在四肢骨折内固定术中的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察可吸收止血微球在四肢骨折内固定术中的止血作用。方法参与该研究的168例四肢骨折患者行内固定术。随机分成2组,对照组:术中使用传统止血手段(结扎、电凝)局部止血。观察组:术中使用可吸收止血微球局部止血。观察比较两组手术止血带使用时间、术中出血量、术中止血效果。结果观察组术中出血量较对照组显著减少(P<0.05)。观察组术中止血效果优于对照组(P<0.05),两组手术止血带使用时间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论可吸收止血微球在骨折内固定术中具有快速、有效、持久的止血效果,是减少术中出血的有效手段。 【Objective】To investigate the hemostatic effect in limbs fracture fixation with absorbable hemostatic microspheres. 【Methods】One hundred and sixty-eight cases with limb fracture treated with fracture fixationwere randomly divided into 2 groups, control group: Traditional hemostatic method(ligation, electric coagulation) was used in the operation to the local bleeding. Study group: Absorbable hemostatic microspheres was used in the operation to the local bleeding. Tourniquet operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative bleeding effect were evaluated. 【Results】The intraoperative blood loss was significantly less in study group when compared with control group(P &lt; 0.05). The intraoperative bleeding effect was better in study group when compared with control group(P &lt;0.05). The tourniquet operation time was no significant different between A and B group(P &gt;0.05).【Conclusions】Absorbable hemostatic microspheres used in limbs fracture fixation has fast, effective and lasting hemostatic effect. It is the effective measure to reduce intraoperative hemorrhage.
