摘要
目的探讨芹菜素对雄性小鼠精子运动参数和活动率的影响。方法将200只SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠按体质量随机分为4组:阴性对照组(0.01 mL/g生理盐水)、低剂量组(252 mg/kg芹菜素)、中剂量组(504mg/kg芹菜素)和高剂量组(1 008 mg/kg芹菜素),每组50只。阴性对照组定时给予生理盐水,各剂量组以不同浓度的芹菜素灌胃,每天1次,连续灌胃7、14、21、28和35 d,分批处死小鼠,取材,测定精子活动率及运动参数。结果 21 d各剂量组a级精子百分率低于阴性对照组(P<0.05),低剂量组的VSL低于阴性对照组,低剂量组BCF高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。芹菜素28 d高剂量组LIN和STR低于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论芹菜素对小鼠精子活动率影响最为明显。
【Objective】 To explore the effect of different dose Apigenin on reproductive capacity of male mice in different time. 【Methods】 Totally 200 healthy male SPF mice were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the body weight: normal control group, low-dose Apigenin group(252 mg/kg), median-dose Apigenin group(504 mg/g) and high-dose Apigenin group(1 008 mg/kg), each group has 50 mice. Those of the normal control group were given normal saline at a dose of 0.01 mL/g bw per day. Those of the experimental groups were given different dose of Apigenin at 0.01 mL/g BW per day by intra-gastric infusion. The mice were killed in 7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 28 d and 35 d in batches, and detected the sperm motion parameters by computer assisted sperm analysis(CASA). 【Results】 At 21st day, the percentage of grade a sperm of the mice in each dose group was lower than the control group(P〈0.05) and the VSL of low dose Apigenin group lower than the control group, but the BCF higher than the control group. At 28th day, the LIN and STR of high dose Apigenin group were lower than the control group(P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】 Sperm motion parameters was changed dramatically affected by Apigenin in the experimental dose at 21st d.
