早期乳腺癌保乳术后部分乳腺放疗的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 早期乳腺癌保乳术后放疗不但可以提高局控率,还能延长患者的生存期,现已成为标准治疗模式而在临床上得到广泛应用。术后放疗的种类很多,主要包括全乳腺放疗和部分乳腺放疗两大类,而部分乳腺放疗又依据不同的照射方式分为组织间插植放射治疗、单管球囊近距离放射治疗、三维适形放射治疗等。选择适合患者的治疗方式显得尤为重要。该文将对早期乳腺癌保乳术后放疗的各种方式、方法及其优缺点做一综述。 Postoperative radiation therapy can not only improve the local control rate, but can prolong patient survival rate. It has become a standard treatment mode and is clinical widely applied. There are many kinds of postoperative radiotherapy, mainly includes whole breast irradiation(WBI) and partial breast irradiation(PBI), PBI according to different ways of irradiation is divided into interstitial brachytherapy(IBT), intracavitary brachytherapy with mammosite(MSB) and three dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT). It is particularly important to choose suitable for the treatment of patients with way. Research progress of radiation therapy for woman who underwent breast conserving surgery in different ways of irradiation, advantages and disadvantages of each method were reviewed in this article.
