摘要
为进一步提高结晶器的使用寿命,进行了Ni基纳米ZrO2复合电镀工艺研究。采用正交实验法对影响镀层性能的镀液温度、电流密度、极间距、纳米ZrO2添加量等因素进行研究,分析了镀层的硬度,并对镀层的表面结构进行扫描电镜观察。结果表明,Ni基纳米ZrO2复合电镀可以提高镀层的硬度,最佳工艺条件为镀液温度55℃,电流密度2 A/dm2,极间距10 cm,纳米ZrO2添加量2 g/L。
In order to extend the mold service life,nickel nano-ZrO2 composite electroplating process is studied by using the orthogonal test method,and the factors affecting the coatings performance are studied by analyzing the bath temperature,cathode current density,anode-cathode distance and nano-ZrO2 addition. The test of coating hardness is carried out,and the structure of the plating layer is observed by SEM. The results show that the hardness of nickel nano-ZrO2 composite coatings is improved. The optimum conditions are as follows:bath temperature is 55 ℃,cathode current density is 2 A/dm2,anode-cathode distance is 10 cm,and nano-ZrO2 addition is 2 g/L.
