摘要
目的建立学生健康综合评价体系,为不同地区、不同人口特征学生个体和群体健康水平进行评估及比较研究提供参照依据。方法应用多维度健康综合评价模型,将身体、心理、社会适应指标同时引入,构建学生健康三维综合评价体系。结果按"身体>心理>社会适应"的指标权重分配原则,确定层次中3个因素的相对重要性,3类指标的权数分别为5,4,3。根据三维等级组合值(BPS),换算成综合健康分(CHD),发现"CHD"与"BPS"组合值之间的关系及其规律。结论三维健康综合评价体系能客观反映学生个体及群体健康所处的水平,并可进行比较,克服了单维度和定性评价不够全面、不够量化的问题,适用于国内学生健康状况综合评估。
Objective To build students’ health and comprehensive evaluation system for different areas and different demographics student individual and group health assessments,and to provide reference comparison research. Methods Multi-dimensional health comprehensive evaluation model was applied to the introduction of the physical,psychological and social adaptation,three-dimensional integrated evaluation system was constructed for students’ health. Results In accordance with the " physical health > psychological health > social adaptation ability" principle of the index weight distribution,the relative importance of three factors were determined. Three kinds of index weight respectively 5,4,3. According to the combination of three dimension level value( BPS),comprehensive health divide( CHD) was calculated,the relationship between " CHD" and " BPS" was found. Conclusion Three-dimensional health comprehensive evaluation system can objectively reflect the students’ health level of individuals and groups,so it is applicable to Chinese students health comprehensive evaluation.
