摘要
目的探讨CXCR4、HPA、MMP-2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法应用免疫组化对120例手术切除的食管鳞癌标本和10例癌旁食管黏膜进行染色,检测CXCR4、HPA及MMP-2的表达,并探讨三者之间的相关性。结果 CXCR4、HPA和MMP-2在120例食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为74.17%、58.33%、67.50%,明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。CXCR4的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);HPA的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);MMP-2的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05),CXCR4与HPA/MMP-2的表达具有显著相关性(r=0.267,P=0.03/r=0.206,P=0.024),HPA与MMP-2的表达无相关性(r=0.153,P=0.093)。结论 CXCR4在食管鳞癌的发展过程中可能起主要作用,通过某些机制使HPA和/或MMP-2的活性增加,促进肿瘤的侵袭、转移。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXCR 4, HPA and MMP-2 in esophageal squamous cell cancer ( ESCC ) .Methods One hundred and twenty specimens of ESCC and 10 specimens of adjacent ESCC normal tissue were stained by immunohistochemisty ,then the expression levels of CXCR4,HPA,MMP-2 were detected,and the correlation among the three factors was analyzed .Results The positive expression rates of CXCR 4,HPA, MMP-2 in ESCC tissues were 74.17%,58.33%,67.50%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in adjacent ESCC normal tissues ( P 〈0.05).The expression levels of CXCR4,HPA,MMP-2 were correlated to the infiltration depth , size,lymph node metastasis,TNM staging of ESCC ( P 〈0.05).The expression of CXCR4 was positively related with that of HPA/MMP-2 ( r =0.267/r =0.206, P 〈0.05),however,the expression of HPA was not correlated to that of MMP-2 ( P〉0.05).Conclusion CXCR4 plays an important role during the progress of ESCC ,which may increase activity of HPA/MMP-2 through certain mechanisms ,as a result ,which may promote the invasion and metastasis of ESCC .
