从孙子“静以幽，正以治”谈军校学员领导力培养

Reflections on Leadership Cultivation of Cadets Borrowing the Saying in Art of War

坚强的领导力是确保军事行动成功的关键。军校学员领导力不同于普通意义上的领导力。孙子“静以幽，正以治”的论述，揭示了军校学员领导力培养的基本内容、基本标准和各内容之间的辩证关系，对军校学员领导力培养具有重要的启迪意义。军校必须将培养超常的心质作为学员领导力的基础，把提升思维的广度和深度作为学员领导力的保障，将培养强烈的感召力作为学员领导力的核心，将培养坚强的执行力作为学员领导力的支撑。

Strong leadership ensures that military action is a key factor that guarantees suc- cess. Cadet leadership is different from ordinary meaningful leadership in Sun zi famous say- ing： ＂for leadership, you must have a magnanimous heart, and broad mind. Then do not care about personal grudges,gains or losses ＂. This famous saying sums up general leader- ship,which ecplicits the fundamental ability of cultivating cadet leadership, such as basic content, fundamental standard, dialectical relationship among them. It has important guiding significance for cadet leadership of military academies. In this paper, we think that if we want to cultivate cadet leadership of military academies, we must strengthen mental train- ing, superior quality heart. In the course of training, we must adopt some measures to im- prove leadership ability, enhance the breadth and depth of their thinking. We focus on im- proving self-improvement ability of military trainees, developing strong appeal ability. Then we must strengthen practice and training ability, develop them strong execution, because these contents are important for cadets to cultivate leadership ability.
