立式板框压滤机与厢式压滤机脱水机理对比

对比阐述了厢式压滤机和立式板框压滤机的工作原理、结构与工作过程,通过详细分析二者在过滤脱水过程中的过滤行为,得出了立式板框压滤机在细粒物料脱水中的优势。在梁北选煤厂的应用实践表明,立式板框压滤机具有设计结构合理、自动化程度高、脱水效率高、产品水分低等优点,由其处理后的浮选精煤水分可达到16%,处理能力可达0.4 t/(m2·h)。

Compared the working principle, structure and operation process of the vertical frame filter press and chamber filter press, detailed analyzed the filtration behaviors of the two filters, resulted that the vertical frame filter press has the advantages in fine particle size material. The application of the vertical frame filter press in Liangbei coal preparation plant shows that it has the advantages of seasonable e design, high efficiency in dewatering and low press, the water content of clean coal is 16% , water content in product, after filtration with the filter and the process capacity up to0.4 t/ （m2 · h） .
