摘要
针对宁东洗煤厂梅花井分厂在生产过程中原生煤泥量增加,浓缩池底、溢流浓度升高的问题,通过强化生产管理,减少进入水洗系统的原生煤泥量,调整凝聚剂和絮凝剂的加药方式、药量和配比等合理化改造,从而有效降低了循环水浓度,保证了生产的正常运行,实现了清水洗煤。
According to the problems of the amount of original coal slime to into production system increased, the concentration of underflow and overflow of thickening pool increased in the production process in Meihuajing branch of Ningdong coal preparation plant, through strengthen production management to reduce the quantity of original slime that into the washing system, reform the adding method of flocculant and coagulant dosage and blending ratio, effectively reduced the solids content of circulating water, ensure the normal operation of the production, realized coal washing with clean water.
