摘要
针对原煤中煤泥含量偏高的问题,平顶山宏鹰选煤有限公司采用FBS2400流化床分选机对粗煤泥系统进行了工艺改造;介绍了FBS2400流化床分选机的结构、工作原理、技术特点及其在宏鹰选煤有限公司粗煤泥分选工艺中的应用情况。生产实践表明,FBS2400流化床分选机可有效回收煤泥水中的粗精煤泥,将粗精煤泥产品的灰分控制在10%~11%之间,并显著降低了全厂介耗和能耗,提升了企业的综合经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of excess coarse slime in the raw coal, Pingdingshan Hongying coal preparation Co Ltd conducted the technology reformation on coarse slime system using FBS2400 fluidized bed separator. The article introduced the structure, operating principle, technical features of FBS2400 separator and its application in coarse slime separation. The production practice showed that the FBS2400 separator can effectively recover the qualified clean coal from the slime water, the ash content of clean coarse coal controlled in the limit of 10% -11%, significantly reduced the medium and energy consumption, and improved comprehensive economic benefits for the coal preparation plant.
