针对选煤生产过程中由于润滑油加注不到位导致的设备损坏,严重影响生产的问题,经坊选煤厂通过建立和强化设备润滑管理制度,创新润滑油加注方式,用以压缩空气为动力源的高压注油器代替传统的手动注油枪对振动筛激振器轴承、浮选机刮板轴承等部位进行润滑油加注,大大提高了设备润滑效果,保证了设备的安全高效运行。
