摘要
为解决四川JF区块非常规气层的固井难题,在分析固井难点的基础上,通过隔离液、水泥浆、扶正器、施工参数、套管试压等固井设计和水马力的设备配置、高压管汇、套管试压、延缓环空试压等固井工艺措施,固井质量得到保证,形成了一套防气窜超高压固井技术。同时提出提高浮箍的可靠性和增加一个固井浮箍和减少套管试压值的建议,固井施工前降低钻井液密度的措施在其他地区固井施工中提供了有益参考。
To solve unconventional gas cementing challenge in JF block in Sichuan, on the basis of the difficulties analysis a set of anti-gas channeling super pressure cementing technology was formed, including cementing design such as spacer, slurry, central- izer, operation parameters and pressure test casing and cementing process measures such as water horsepower equipment configura- tion, high pressure manifold, casing pressure testing, delay the annulus pressure testing. The suggestions that enhance the reliability of the float, add a cement float, reduce pressure test casing and decrease drilling fluid density before cementing were proposed, which provide a beneficial reference for cementing works in other area.
