Developing under the background of agricultural civilization, the language of paper - cutting, artistic form , cultural connotation and many other aspects of the traditional paper cutting has been behind the aesthetic appeal of times. Therefore, the use of the thoughts and ideas about the value orientation, innovation , form role and the employing of modern technology in modem arts design is hoped to help the traditional cutting gain its innovative inheritance and development in a timely way and its attention for the mass aesthetics.
