张家口市高职艺术设计专业存在就业渠道不畅、相关专业教师脱离实践、毕业生就业能力低下等问题。实施相关专业教师"双师"计划、改革高职艺术设计教学模式、建立毕业生"双证书"制度、与相关行业企业建立"产学合作"机制,以服务区域设计行业发展。
