摘要
积极情绪体验是积极心理学研究的核心内容。以南京化工职业技术学院2012级在scl-90心理普查中存在强迫、敏感、焦虑、敌对等情绪的新生作为访谈邀约对象,对其中13名自愿加入积极情绪团体辅导的学生,进行为期一个多月共5次(每次150分钟)的积极情绪团体辅导。团体辅导以积极情绪的体验为主,最终使团体成员在积极情绪上出现了显著变化。更重要的是,积极情绪与消极情绪的比率从原来的1.73∶1上升到2.82∶1,这与积极心理学研究成果——拓延—构建理论发生积极作用3∶1的积极率已十分接近。
Positive emotional experience is the core content of positive psychology. In this study, 2012 Nanjing College of Chemical Technology in SCL- 90 psychological census in force, sensitivity, anxiety, hostility emotion were new interview invitation, on 13 interviews after voluntarily joinirig the positive emotional group counseling students, for more than a month a total of 5 times (every 150 minutes) the positive emotional group counseling. The group counseling in a positive emotional experience, the group members had significant changes in positive emotions. More importantly, the ratio of positive and negative emotions rises from the original 1.73:1 to 2.82: 1, which is very close to the3:1 positive rate of the positive effect of positive Dsvehology research.
