摘要
目的:检测三阴乳腺癌组织( TNBC)中Notch1、c-myc表达并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测63例TNBC组织和30例癌旁正常乳腺组织Notch1、c-myc的表达情况。结果 TNBC组织中Notch1、c-myc阳性表达定位于细胞质和细胞核,其表达率分别为71怂.43%(45/63)、69.84%(44/63),明显高于癌旁正常组织( P <0.01);63例TNBC组织中,Notch1、c-myc蛋白在组织学分级Ⅲ级阳性表达率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级( P <0.05),Notch1、c-myc的病理分期Ⅲ-Ⅳ期的表达率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期( P <0.05),Notch1、c-myc阳性表达与淋巴结转移有关( P <0.05);相关性分析显示,二者之间呈正相关( P <0.05)。结论 Notch1、c-myc在TNBC中呈明显高表达,与TNBC的发生、发展和转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Notch 1 and c-myc in human triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC),and to explore its clinical significance .Methods The expression levels of Notch1 and c-myc were detected by immunohistochemistry ( SP ) in 63 cases of TNBC and 30 cases of cancer adjacent normal breast tissues .Results The expression of Notch1 and c-myc in human breast cancer was located in nucleus and cytoplasm .The positive expression rates of Notch1 and c-myc were 71.43%(45/63),69.84%(44/63),respectively in TNBC tissues,which were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal breast tissues ( P 〈0.05).Among 63 cases of TNBC,the positive expression rates of Notch1 and c-myc at histological grade Ⅲ were significantly higher than those at grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ( P 〈0.05).In addition,the positive expression rates of Notch1 and c-myc in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ( P 〈0.05). Furthermore,the expression levels of Notch1 and c-myc were positively correlated to lymph node metastasis ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Notch1 and c-myc are highly expressed in TNBC ,which is closely correlated with the occurrence ,development and metastasis of TNBC .
