建筑施工企业农民工工伤保险立法浅议

Discussion on Insurance Legislation of Migrant Worker' Industrial Injury of Construction Enterprises

建筑行业农民工的工伤保险问题,已经引起社会各界的广泛关注。建立适合建筑行业农民工的工伤保险制度是保护农民工健康和维护社会稳定的必要条件。目前我国建筑行业农民工工伤维权存在一些问题,因此,需要建立符合我国建筑行业农民工自身特点的工伤保险。

Industrial injury insurance of migrant workers of construction enterprises has aroused widespread concern of all circles in society. To establish a proper industrial injury insurance system for migrant workers of construction enterprises is necessary to protect the health of migrant workers and maintain social stability. At present,there are some problems in safeguarding rights of industrial injury of migrant workers of construction enterprises in China,so we need to establish the industrial injury insurance suitable for the characteristics of the migrant workers of construction enterprises.
