奈达翻译理论在中国翻译界乃至整个外语界是无人不知、无人不晓的理论经典,是中国各个层次翻译教科书必不可少的理论支柱,解读论文不知其数,专著层出不穷.李田心的专著《奈达翻译理论新解——真假奈达翻译理论辨析》力求去伪求真,试图纠正前人解读奈达学说不当之说.李著涉及面甚宽,相关理论深邃,评论全书须费大量时间读懂全书方可.该文仅将奈达翻译定义原文、译论界主流解读和李著解读比较研究,发现译论界主流解读与奈达翻译定义原文相距甚远,李的解析自有一番道理,以此向人们展示李著确有独到之处.

Nida＇s translational theory is so popular in the whole foreign language circle, knows it and it is in China that everybody in translation circle, even regarded as the classic theory and the indispensable content in the text boob. Among many interpreting articles and books, Li＇s recently published book named New Explanations of Nida＇s Translation Theory Distinguishing between True and False Nida＇s Translation Theory offers extremely different interpretations which are roughly red by the writer of this paper but he decides to recommend the whole book to readers after having a comparative study of Nida＇s original translation definition, the popularly-accepted translation and the translation in Li＇s book. 6refs.
