以学生为主体的专业研讨课教学研究——以知识产权法研讨课教学为例 被引量:4

摘要 专业研讨课是高校开设的一种在学生学习相关专业课基础上的延续性、拓展性专业课,对于提高学生的专业知识面具有重要价值。专业研讨课的方式有多重形式,如何发挥学生的主动性和积极性,对于提高专业研讨课的教学效果具有重要价值。以知识产权法本科教学为例,在学生已经学习了《知识产权法》必修课的基础上,通过进一步研讨案例或者理论专题,学生在知识产权理论与实践两方面均有重要收获,其中实施以教师为"导演"、以学生为主体的教学方式,经实践证明收到了较好的效果,值得总结相关经验并予以推广。 Professional seminars are professional courses of continuity and expansion on certain professional basis for college students; it is of great value in improving students' professional knowledge. Professional seminars have multiple forms; how to activate the initiative and enthusiasm of students is valuable for the improvement of teaching effectiveness professional seminars. Take intellectual property law teaching for undergraduates for example, students have learned the required course "Intellectual Property Law"; through further discussion or theoretical topic cases, students have important gains in both the theory and practice of intellectual property rights. The implementation of the teaching method, in which teachers act as "director" and student as subjects, proves very effective. The summarization and promotion of such teaching experience is worthy.
